Gay pride lent fabulousity and mirth to the annual Pamulinawen Festival 2012 Dance Parade. It seemed the whole Ilocos Norte stormed Laoag to root for their municipalities as 10 contingents entertained the humongous crowd lining the J.P. Rizal Street.
Colorful ornate costumes and traditional Ilocano expressive dances wowed the crowd.
The town of Vintar won the top place while the Ilocos Norte National High School landed second place and the the town of San Nicolas, third.
